Canasta de Frutas 5 - Manzana

Y seguimos con mi canastita de frutas...

La siguiente en nacer fue la manzana. Es pequeñita, pero dulce.

Es un patrón original, creado por mi.

And here we are again, with my fruits basket...
The next one being born was the apple. It's small, but sweet.

Canasta de Frutas 4 - Naranja

En cuanto tuve en mis manos lana del color adecuado, tejí una bolita al crochet, le bordé una cara y le agregué un cabito... ¡y listo! Una naranjita para agregar a mi canasta.

When I had in my hands yarn with the aproppiate colour, I crocheted a little ball, embroidered a face on it, add a little green at the top... and presto! An orange for my fruit basket.

Canasta de Frutas 3 - Banana

Mi segunda frutita al crochet fue la bananita a medio pelar.

Encontré el patrón en este sitio . Fue algo complicado de hacer porque mi lana amarilla era gruesísima y la blanca muy fina. Aunque tejí con lana doble la parte blanca, la parte de la cáscara tuve que ir modificandola para que encajara con la otra. No se nota mucho a simple vista, por suerte.

My second crochet fruit was this baby banana half-way peeled.

I found the pattern in this site. It was somewhat difficult to make because my yellow yarn was very thick and my white yarn very thin. Although I crocheted the white part with double yarn, I had to modificate the yellow part to make'em fit closely.
